Field mission — legal foundations for sustainable forests

As part of the project "Establishing legal foundations for sustainable forests and livelihoods", funded by Norad with technical support from ClientEarth and implemented in Gabon by Brainforest, a field mission was carried out with forest communities.

Inform, document, support

These missions make it possible to:

1. Inform communities about their rights
2. Document land uses and territories
3. Support dialogue with the administration and the private sector

Field work remains at the heart of Brainforest's approach: without the voice of communities, no lasting reform is possible.
